BAKED SALMON CAKES RECIPE

Calling all Old Bay lovers! Today I’m sharing Darian’s favorite recipe that I cook fairly often. These baked salmon cakes are packed with flavor and are ready in less than 30 minutes. They do contain bread crumbs and mayo, so they’re not perfectly healthy, but baking them rather than frying them makes them a bit healthier. If you love seafood, old bay, and flavors that pack a punch, try this one out and let me know what you think!

I make a variation of these too and they’re so yummy and easy! We use Italian breadcrumbs and grated Romano cheese though, so I’ll definitely have to try it with Old Bay.
