Today’s gift guide is for the frequent traveler in your life! All the gifts on this list are great ideas for that loved one who never stays in the same place for too long. If you know someone who’s always jetting off to somewhere new and starts planning their next trip as soon as they get home from vacation, take a look at the gift guide below for my gift ideas for the traveler!
Gift Ideas for the Traveler
Leather Luggage Tag & Passport Case Set – $99
Any frequent traveler would love this beautiful leather luggage tag and passport set, but they might not splurge on it themselves – so it makes the perfect gift! You can even get the set personalized with their initials.
Airfly Pro Bluetooth Wireless Audio Transmitter – $55
This wireless audio transmitter has been all over Instagram lately and I’m not surprised – it’s such a smart idea! All they have to do is plug this into the headphone jack next to their plane TV screen and hook it up to their Bluetooth headphones, and they can use their preferred wireless headphones instead of the ones that are sold on the plane.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask + Moisturizer – $49
Flying can be rough on the skin, and this Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask is the perfect solution to that icky dry plane skin. This one is definitely getting added to my list this year!
TSA Approved Clear Toiletry Bag – $13
If you know someone who is still cramming their travel-sized toiletries in a ziploc bag, gift them this set of TSA approved clear toiletry bags! These have ample room for all the toiletries they’ll need, and they’re more structured than a ziploc so they keep everything more organized.
Cadence Capsule Bundle – $132
Any traveler who has tried and true beauty products dreads the inevitable shampoo explosion that comes with using the cheap refillable bottles that can be found in the travel section at Target or Walmart. Enter Cadence Capsules – these little capsules are air tight and they’re the perfect way to store your favorite skincare or toiletry items when traveling. I haven’t tried these out myself, but they have tons of rave reviews!
Dual Travel Organizer – $79
My parents got me this dual travel organizer for Christmas two years ago and my only regret is not getting one sooner. The top section perfectly fits the makeup for my minimal makeup routine and the bottom section has plenty of space for a variety of earrings and necklaces. The quality is top notch – after two years mine still looks brand new!
Away Carry-On Suitcase – $275
If you’re looking to splurge on your favorite traveler, you can’t go wrong with an Away suitcase. This is by far my favorite suitcase I’ve ever owned. It has a sleek look and I’m constantly impressed by how much I can fit in such a small bag. I’d recommend the carry-on for anyone who regularly flies internationally or the bigger carry-on for domestic travelers.
Foldable Travel Laundry Bag – $11
This is going to sound strange, but if I could only have one travel item, it just might be a travel laundry bag. It’s so nice to not have to worry about washing things I didn’t end up wearing when I get home. My laundry bag came with my packing cubes, but I like this one even better because it zips!
Travel Cable Organizer – $10
Thanks to all of the devices available to us these days, traveling in 2023 tends to involve a lot of cords. Between phone chargers, tablet chargers, laptop chargers, and external chargers, it’s easy for things to get messy. This cable organizer makes it easy to keep cords organized and in one place, so they’ll never have to dig around the bottom of their bag in search of a phone charger again!
Ginger Flight Therapy – $33
If you know a traveler who deals with motion sickness, give them the gift that will soothe even the most unsettled stomach. A few swipes of this handy little roller can make nausea subside and provide a much-needed sensory lift after a long-haul flight or car ride!
Packing Cubes – $19
Packing cubes aren’t for everyone, but I’m a big fan! Although these ones don’t necessarily create extra space, they’re a great way to keep things organized when packing. I especially love the shoe bag to keep my dirty shoes away from clean clothes!
Monos Metro Duffel – $210
I’m convinced that this duffel is the perfect personal item for flights – it’s super roomy, has inner side pockets, and even fits a 15-inch laptop. I also love that it has a built-in trolley sleeve so you can secure it on the handle of your suitcase – but the real genius of this bag is that it also includes an interchangeable Metro Kit that can be added or removed depending on your preference.
Apple AirTag – $28
Give your favorite traveler the gift of peace of mind with an Apple AirTag or two! Darian and I keep one of these in the lining of each of our suitcases as an extra precaution when traveling. It’s nice to know that in the event your bag gets lost or misplaced, you can simply check your phone and track it down with the tap of a button!
Travel Wallet – $13
This travel wallet is both chic and functional – it comes in tons of colors and has designated pockets and pouches for your passport, boarding pass, credit cards, phone, pen, and coins. I have it in Hazelnut (pictured here) and it’s the perfect neutral!
Rechargeable Travel Makeup Mirror – $18
I purchased this makeup mirror last year and I don’t know how I ever lived without it! It barely takes up any room in my suitcase, and it has several different lighting settings. It’s great for touching up your makeup on the plane or for some extra lighting while getting ready on a trip!
